Today the winners of the Easter Reading Bingo were announced and our class had TWO winners! Congratulations to Ty and Austyn, who get to choose a FREE book, and to everyone else who participated.

Scholastic Book Orders

Today your child is bringing home Scholastic Book Orders for April.

SeeSaw

For the past week we have been working with an app called SeeSaw.  This is a blogging app that allows audio recordings, live drawing and many other options for students.  I have been looking for an option to replace our KidBlog accounts and I believe I have found it!

We have already cut back our blogging on KidBlog and will continue to work on SeeSaw for the next few weeks.  Once we have a few posts for you to look at, I will open up SeeSaw to parent access and completely disable KidBlog.

Thanks for understanding ~ I don't want to overwhelm you with apps and places to look but I'm confident that you, and your child, will enjoy what SeeSaw has to offer.

Paint Mixing and Spring Chicks

We have been working very hard at mixing paints to create new colours.  Yesterday we used our skills to paint circles and today we turned them into Spring chicks!
