Remembrance Day Poem

We have been asked to recite the following poem at the Remembrance Day service on Thursday, November 7th at 1:30pm.  We will start practicing this poem at school but additional practice at home would be greatly appreciated.

Little Poppy
Little poppy
Given to me,
Help me keep Canada
Safe and free.
I'll wear a little poppy,
As red as red can be,
To show that I remember

Those who fought for me.
