We will be leaving Coronach after attendance tomorrow morning and will return in time for students to catch their bus home at 3:20pm. Here is further information about track in Rockglen tomorrow:
1) The track meet in Rockglen will start at 10am and will be
completed by 2:00pm.
2) Lunch breaks will
be staggered so that everyone is not wanting to order at the same time. Burgers and hot dogs will be made ahead of
time and kept warm so that we do not have a line up waiting for burgers. Here is the menu for tomorrow:
Hotdogs - $2.00
Hamburgers - $3.00
Water - $1.00
Pop - $1.00
Ice Cream Treats - $1.00
3) There is also a vending machine with other snacks if
students don’t like ice cream treats.
4) Please bring your own
water bottle, hat and sunscreen (in a backpack they will carry with them for the day) as it is supposed to be very warm out tomorrow.
5) The high jump event for all grade 1-4 students has
been eliminated to ensure all other events are completed on time.
6) We encourage students to bring additional, healthy snacks as it will be a long hot day.
